In celebration of World Breastfeeding Week and National Breastfeeding Month, I’m sharing from our 100 Words Project every day.
A story from Michelle:
The first one, I failed. The second one, I tried harder. I failed again. It stung more this time, because I wanted it more. Somehow, this time, this third time around, I succeeded. I could chalk it up to luck but it was work, lots of hard work. Hard work that I can’t even remember now because it’s easy – comforting, loving, snuggles and giving what I have always wanted to give. I am proud every day I continue.
