It is so, so bittersweet for me as Maryland has been where I grew my babies, breastfed my babies, grew my business and helped other mothers breastfeed their own babies over the past 9 years. But soon, our family is moving to Pittsburgh, with the help of our local moving compant, and with that comes stepping away from one amazing community of mothers and into another.
I’m so incredibly thankful for all of those who have allowed me into their sacred spaces of the early postpartum days. And those that allowed me on their journeys into feeding older babies and toddler. You have been my best teachers. You have showed me what works and what doesn’t.
My Facebook page and blog will still stay active and I encourage you to stay connected. For former clients, I’m still available for texts, phone calls and emails. For current clients, I will continue to offer my full range of services to you until the day of our departure (still to be determined but likely by February 1) and will continue all text, phone and email support after that date. If you require an in-person visit after we have moved, I will connect you with a trusted colleague and I will cover their fee to see you.
By son, who loves the Ravens, is aghast that we’re moving to Steelers land. We welcome your thoughts, prayers and good wishes.
